4. Neurogenic Bladder dysfunction -- stasis of urine in bladder

5. Vesicoureteral Reflux -- urine reflux from baadder to ureters

6. bacterial Virulence Factors -- E. coli w/: fimbrae, and make hemolysin and aserobactin

7. Genetic Factors -- inc. UTI w/ P-positive RBCs and nonsecretors of blood group antigens
