Accessibility statement
Accessibility
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The website uses a clear page structure, labelled navigation, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support and text alternatives for meaningful images.
Accessibility checks
We check keyboard order, headings, page regions, labels, colour contrast, browser zoom and horizontal overflow on desktop and mobile screens.
Workbook accessibility
The online workbook has labelled fields, keyboard-operable controls and a print option. Answers stay in the active page and are not submitted to the website. A fillable PDF is also available from the protected workbook area.
Accessibility support
If you cannot access information or use a website feature, call the practice on (03) 9526 0244. The telephone is not monitored for urgent clinical help.
