The public website provides general information. It does not replace individual medical advice, emergency care, a formal referral or a treating relationship. Sending an enquiry or referral does not confirm acceptance or an appointment.

Clinical and medicolegal pathways

Clinical treatment and independent medicolegal assessment are separate engagements. Clinical referrals and relevant documents may be sent to the published automated referral inbox or fax. Clinical and administrative requests must be made by telephone.

Private fees pay for the time, expertise, assessment and analysis required to reach an independent professional opinion. They do not purchase a favourable report, preferred wording, certificate, licence recommendation or any other predetermined clinical or legal outcome. Practice staff cannot negotiate or influence an opinion. Abusive, threatening or coercive communication towards Dr Hadinata or practice staff will not be accepted.

The dedicated independent expert mailbox is strictly for a brief, non-confidential suitability enquiry from an instructing organisation about a proposed formal engagement of Dr Hadinata as an independent medical expert in Addiction Medicine. Dr Hadinata accepts an instruction only where he has no current or previous treating relationship with the person to be assessed and no other conflict of interest. The mailbox is not for accepted or current matters, general legal or insurance enquiries, treating reports, certificates, forms, access to patient records, informal advice, patients, members of the public or clinical referrals.

Do not send instructions, party names, briefs, health records, reports or other confidential matter information by email. Messages outside the preliminary-enquiry scope are automatically removed before human review. No independent expert engagement begins until suitability, conflicts, scope, terms and fees are agreed. MEDirect handles all accepted or current matters, including bookings, conflict information, instructions, case administration, document submission, report delivery and invoicing, through its specialised medicolegal IT services and risk-management processes.

Workbook material

The psychotherapy workbook supports agreed clinical work. It is educational material, does not establish a treating relationship and does not provide monitoring or emergency response. Clinical chapters and the fillable PDF require the shared password.

Workbook answers are not submitted or stored by the website. A person who prints or saves a copy is responsible for deciding where it is stored and who can access it.
