Have a written referral? You or your doctor can use the online referral upload.
GPs and other treating doctors can also email the referral and relevant documents to referral@dreric.net, or fax them to 03 8692 2781. The referral email is an automated inbox for referral material only; for clinical or administrative requests, call reception on (03) 9526 0244.
Clinical referral informationDr Hadinata accepts an instruction only where he has no current or previous treating relationship with the person to be assessed and no other conflict of interest.
Law firms, insurers and other instructing organisations book and instruct Dr Hadinata through MEDirect. MEDirect handles all accepted or current matters and their documents, and you do not need to email first.
The medicolegal email is optional. Use it only for a brief, non-confidential suitability enquiry that needs an answer before booking. It is not a general legal or insurance enquiry address, and it is not for patients or the general public. Do not send instructions, party names, briefs, records or confidential matter information. The consulting rooms are on Level 4 of The Victoria Clinic, 324 Malvern Road, Prahran, with lift access. Paid parking is available on site. Trams and buses stop outside on Malvern Road, and Hawksburn station is a short walk away.
